Structural Strengthening

Efficient strengthening of concrete structures can be applied by using Fibre Reinforced Polymers


(FRP), which are available in prefabricated plates, fabrics as well as post-tensioned systems.



We provide a full range of strengthening systems consist of different type of materials
 

which  can be used for flexural, shear and axial strengthening as well as for increasing 


seismic resistance of structures.




Strengthening Systems




Prefabricated CFRP Plates



For strengthening of concrete substrates, prefabricated Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP)


plates can be bonded on  top of the surface. We use a wide range of CFRP plates in different
 

dimensions an E-modulus.


FRP Fabrics

External applied fabrics can be used increase flexural, shear, axial or seismic resistance of

structures.


We install various fabric systems, based on different type of materials for specific needs and


cost optimized strengthening.

 
CFRP Post-tensioning Systems

Post-tensioned systems are effective for control of structural cracks and deflections and to

increase fatigue resistance.

Steel  Plates - Tightening

Steel plate method , stringers Join parallel or peripheral steel plates.


The plate assemblies are fabricated off site, and welded together on-site to form steel
 

walls connected by stringers.


The walls become the form into which concrete or epoxy resin is poured. The method has


excellent strength because the steel is on the outside, where tensile forces are often greatest.

Anchoring  of  Masonry  Structures    

The anchoring system offers a remarkably versatile, proven approach to internally strengthen
 

masonry buildings and structures.

The system works by pre-drilling an oversized hole in the structure and inserting an anchor


body, in a special Cases surrounded by a fabric sock. A cementitious grout is injected through the
 

middle of the anchor under low pressure.
 

The Anchor. The structural anchor is designed specifically for the loads and configuration of
 

each application, typically stainless steel in various grades.


Crack  Repair  &  Injections


Injection technology is a key element for modern constructions. The selective filling of cracks


joints, gaps or pores in concrete or brick constructions as well as in soil or rock takes place on
 

nearly every construction side.
